What are your business hours?

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Delivery on Public Holidays may be arranged according to delivery policy of each country

What is your payment method?

We accept payment through Visa/ Master Card/ Pay Pal.

Please note that prices are subject to change during festive seasons such as Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year, Easter, Mother's Day, Christmas, and other big festive (please take note, price increase will be indicated upon checkout page)

When is your cut off time? Can I order for same day delivery?

Is there any delivery charge?

Delivery charges will be indicated upon checkout.

In the event of non-delivery order due to incorrect details or recipient is not at the location of delivery, a re-delivery charges will be imposed for each subsequent delivery

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation or orders must be made at least 3 days before date of delivery.

A 50% charge will be levied for cancellations made less than 3 days notices.

Non-delivery due to incorrect details will be treated as order withheld and no refund will be made. However, you will be contacted to make an alternative arrangement.

Cancellation policy will differ during peak seasons

Can I change detail of my order?

Changes to particulars such as address, card message, and all details related to delivery must be made at least 2 days before delivery

What if the recipient is not home?

Upon purchasing the order, you will get 2 choices of delivery: to leave flowers to neighbor/guardian/security or we will take back the flower and you will be charged to re-delivery fee.

How do I know if my order has been delivered?

A delivery cconfirmation is often sent via email, once the delivery has been made and it has been entered it into our system. In addition, you will likely receive a phone call from a thankful recipient!

Can I specify the time of delivery?

Specific timing delivery only available for delivery to Singapore. However you will be charged for extra delivery:

For specific timing between 9AM - 9PM

You will be charge for SGD20

For specific timing between 10PM - 12M

You will be charge for SGD40

What can I do if I am not happy with the flowers that were delivered?

In the event of a complaint, please email the picture of the gift within 24 hours from the time recieved. We will communicate with you for the best solutions refer to the picture sent.

What if I don't have the exact delivery address?

If you do not have the exact delivery address, we will do our best to locate your recipient. However, unless we recieve a physical address from the sender, we cannot be held responsible for innaccurate or misplaced deliveries. A phone number for the recipient in may cases allows us to locate the recipient.
